Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling operations
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery under supervision
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work zones
- Assist carpenters, masons, and other trade professionals
- Complete daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Load/unload construction materials and transport supplies
- Document work progress and report safety hazards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shifts
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Pass background check and drug screening
