Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate power tools (jackhammers, saws, drills) with precision
- Assist skilled tradesmen in concrete pouring and framing operations
- Maintain job site safety protocols and OSHA compliance
- Perform excavation, trenching, and backfilling activities
- Complete daily equipment inspections and preventive maintenance
- Collaborate with foremen to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Valid O-10 construction certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Availability for 6 PM - 6 AM shifts (4x10 schedule)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Basic math skills for material measurement
- OSHA 10-hour construction certification
