Responsibilities
- Execute precise excavation, demolition, and earth-moving operations under night shift conditions
- Assist skilled trades with material handling, equipment operation, and site preparation
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols for nighttime construction environments
- Perform concrete pouring, finishing, and curing tasks with expert precision
- Maintain organized job sites with proper waste management and hazard prevention
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex commercial builds
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
Qualifications
- Valid OSHA 10/30 certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth Metroplex
- Experience operating heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) preferred
- Strong understanding of construction blueprints and safety standards
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (7 PM - 5 AM) with weekend availability
- Pass background check and drug screening as per industry requirements
