Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate heavy machinery (forklifts, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Adhere to strict OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean job sites

- Read blueprints and follow technical specifications accurately
- Perform preventative equipment maintenance and basic repairs
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction experience or equivalent trade school certification
- OSHA 30-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Valid Tennessee driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy equipment operation
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends and holidays
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
