Responsibilities
- Operate heavy machinery and power tools safely during night shift hours
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and equipment operation
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and project timelines
- Perform concrete work, scaffolding setup, and demolition as needed
- Complete detailed daily progress reports and equipment inspections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for seamless project execution
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class C driver's license with clean driving record
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Night shift availability (6 PM - 6 AM, Mon-Fri)
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
