Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pours, structural framing, and finishing tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and jackhammers with precision
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and CAL/OSHA safety standards for night operations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight project deadlines
- Perform site preparation, material handling, and debris removal efficiently
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Maintain detailed progress logs and quality control documentation
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid California driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools and hand tools
- Strong understanding of construction safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and in diverse team environments
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM – 6 AM)
