Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks under site supervisor guidance
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification support
- Maintain OSHA compliance protocols and site safety standards
- Perform concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Coordinate with day-shift crews for seamless project transitions
- Conduct daily equipment inspections and maintenance checks
- Document progress and material usage via digital reporting tools
Qualifications
- Valid California driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory control
- Availability for 4+ consecutive night shifts weekly
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent required
