Responsibilities
- Execute concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks with precision
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts safely
- Install and remove construction site perimeter fencing and signage
- Perform material handling and staging for next-day operations
- Conduct nightly site security checks and hazard documentation
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and basic preventative maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA and company safety protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 10+ hours
- Class B CDL preferred or ability to secure within 30 days
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screening
- Experience with power tools and hand-operated equipment
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
- Reliable transportation to off-site locations
