Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate light machinery (e.g., jackhammers, power tools) under supervision
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete work, framing, and demolition
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Complete daily progress reports and maintain accurate logs
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Basic hand tool proficiency (hammers, shovels, etc.)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for night shifts
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred (training provided)
- Team-oriented attitude with clear communication skills
