Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation during overnight shifts
- Follow strict safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Operate machinery like jackhammers, saws, and power tools with proper certification
- Read blueprints and follow project specifications accurately
- Perform site preparation, cleanup, and debris removal duties
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material calculations
- Experience operating hand/power tools and heavy machinery preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Flexibility to work overnight shifts (10 PM - 6 AM) with weekend availability
