Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pours, framing, and finish work under low-light conditions
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery (excavators, jackhammers) with certification
- Implement strict OSHA safety protocols for night shift operations
- Manage material inventory and logistics for overnight construction activities
- Perform site cleanup and hazardous waste disposal in compliance with EPA standards
- Collaborate with cross-trade teams on complex underground utility installations
Qualifications
- 2+ years commercial construction experience with night shift verification
- OSHA 30-hour certification and valid forklift operator license
- Ability to lift 75 lbs and work in extreme weather conditions
- Strong understanding of blueprints and construction schematics
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check
- Willingness to obtain additional certifications (e.g., trenching, confined space)
