Responsibilities
- Execute physical construction tasks including material handling, site preparation, and equipment operation
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and project-specific compliance standards
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain organized job sites through efficient debris management and tool inventory
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, forklifts) with proper certification
- Complete daily progress reports and quality assurance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet aggressive project timelines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or heavy labor experience preferred
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic power tool proficiency (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Flexible availability for 12-hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Strong problem-solving abilities and situational awareness
- Willingness to work in various weather conditions
