Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and structural assembly
- Operate heavy machinery (skid steers, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Read and interpret blueprints to ensure project specifications are met
- Maintain clean and organized job sites following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with skilled tradesmen to optimize workflow efficiency
- Conduct material inventory and equipment maintenance checks

Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Ability to work independently in low-light conditions
