Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from the job site using hand trucks, forklifts, and heavy equipment.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, leveling, and cleaning work areas.
- Ensure the job site is clean, organized, and free of debris to maintain a safe working environment.
- Operate machinery and power tools safely and efficiently under supervision.
- Follow all safety protocols and company policies to prevent accidents and injuries.
- Perform daily inspections of tools and equipment to ensure they are in proper working order.
Qualifications
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor for long shifts, including lifting up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Ability to work night shifts (typically 5 PM - 3 AM).
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record.
- Basic understanding of construction safety standards is a plus.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
