Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling operations with precision
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) under OSHA compliance
- Assist skilled trades in concrete pouring, steel erection, and finish work
- Maintain job site safety protocols and equipment functionality
- Manage material logistics and inventory control systems
- Perform site cleanup and hazardous waste disposal procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction phases
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years commercial construction experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification required
- Valid Texas Class A CDL preferred
- Proficiency with power tools and heavy machinery
- Ability to lift 75+ lbs and work in extreme weather
- Flexibility for 10-12 hour night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background/drug screening
