Responsibilities
- Execute construction tasks including excavation, concrete pouring, and framing under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery (bobcats, forklifts) with proper safety protocols
- Inspect materials and tools for quality compliance before deployment
- Maintain clean and organized job sites to meet OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
- Document daily progress and report equipment maintenance needs
- Adhere to strict safety guidelines during night operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience required
- Night shift availability (10 PM - 6 AM) mandatory
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
