Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation, excavation, and material handling under night shift conditions
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, excavators, and trenchers with precision
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean, organized job sites
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing tasks
- Read and interpret blueprints to execute construction plans accurately
- Manage inventory and equipment maintenance to ensure operational efficiency
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 30-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL preferred (training provided for qualified candidates)
- Strong mechanical aptitude and equipment operation skills
- Flexibility to work 8-12 hour night shifts with rotating weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
