Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks with precision
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy equipment under supervision
- Assist carpenters and masons with site preparation and structure assembly
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and project specifications for accurate implementation
- Perform quality checks and report maintenance needs promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme conditions
- Basic tool operation knowledge (jackhammers, saws, drills)
- Strong physical stamina and night shift availability
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Pass background check and drug screening
- Ability to read English instructions and communicate effectively
