Responsibilities
- Execute precise concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations during night shifts
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators and forklifts with OSHA-compliant safety protocols
- Inspect and maintain construction materials to ensure project specifications are met
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain workflow efficiency
- Adhere to strict safety regulations and environmental compliance standards
- Document daily progress and report site conditions to project supervisors
- Assist in site preparation and demolition activities as required
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience in commercial or industrial settings
- Valid OSHA 30-hour certification and forklift operation license
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks in all weather conditions
- Proficiency with power tools and construction equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic blueprint reading and measurement skills
- Pass background check and drug screening
