Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and organize construction materials at the job site.
- Assist in the setup and cleanup of work areas for night operations.
- Operate basic construction equipment and hand tools safely.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials.
- Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Communicate effectively with the site supervisor and crew members.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and local regulations.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety standards (OSHA preferred).
- Valid Driver’s License is a plus but not required.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the worksite.
