Responsibilities
- Assist with site preparation including excavation, grading, and material staging
- Safely load/un construction materials and equipment using proper techniques
- Perform cleanup and debris removal to maintain OSHA compliance
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools under supervision
- Follow detailed instructions from site supervisors and foremen
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company standards
- Support various construction tasks as needed for project completion
Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks (lifting up to 50 lbs)
- Willingness to work night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM, 4x10 schedule)
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Basic communication skills in English
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Must pass pre-employment drug screening
