Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various tasks as directed.
- Operate basic construction equipment and tools safely and according to guidelines.
- Perform general site cleanup, including debris removal and waste sorting.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and safety plans when necessary.
- Ensure all work areas remain safe, clean, and organized in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down temporary job site structures.
Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (50+ lbs) repeatedly.
- Experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
- Strong commitment to safety protocols and team collaboration.
- Basic math skills and the ability to read a tape measure.
