Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradesmen with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely under supervision (e.g., drills, saws, jackhammers)
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to safety protocols
- Read basic blueprints and follow verbal instructions from supervisors
- Perform general labor tasks including digging, shoveling, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Participate in shift briefings and safety meetings
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required – we train!
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license preferred but not mandatory
- Basic communication skills in English
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Milwaukee
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Willingness to work nights (6 PM - 4 AM) with occasional overtime
- Strong work ethic and commitment to safety
