As a Construction Laborer, you will support our skilled tradespeople and ensure our projects are completed efficiently and safely. We offer a night shift differential to help you make the most of your off-hours.
Responsibilities
- Load and unload construction materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and delivery vehicles.
- Assist skilled tradespeople (carpenters, electricians, etc.) with various on-site tasks.
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe job site by removing debris and trash.
- Operate basic construction machinery and hand tools according to safety guidelines.
- Perform physical labor, including digging, lifting, carrying, and moving heavy items.
- Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Previous construction experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screen.
