Responsibilities
- Perform general construction tasks including material handling, site cleanup, and debris removal
- Assist skilled tradesmen with foundation work, framing, and finishing tasksOperate basic tools safely under supervision (hammers, saws, drills)
- Follow OSHA safety protocols and maintain organized work zones
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and daily team meetings
- Complete daily production reports and maintain accurate time logs
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED accepted)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth
- Willingness to work overnight shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Positive attitude and commitment to safety standards
- Valid government-issued photo ID for background verification
- No construction experience required - training provided
