Responsibilities
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment safely
- Assist skilled tradesmen with site preparation and cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision
- Maintain job site safety standards and wear protective gear
- Perform debris removal and general site maintenance
- Follow instructions from site supervisors
- Work collaboratively in all weather conditions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Willingness to work night shifts (7 PM - 7 AM)
- Basic communication skills in English
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment background check
