Responsibilities
- Assist skilled trades with material handling and site preparation
- Operate hand/power tools under supervision (concrete, demolition, excavation)
- Maintain job site safety and cleanliness per OSHA standards
- Load/unuck equipment and materials at start/end of shifts
- Perform basic concrete finishing and framing tasks
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and training sessions
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid state ID or driver's license
- Pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Basic math skills for measurement tasks
- Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions
