We are currently hiring dedicated Night Shift Construction Laborers to work on a variety of commercial and residential projects in the Cincinnati area. Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with daily construction tasks, including framing, drywall, and painting.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from trucks and maintain an organized job site.
- Perform basic site cleanup, including removing debris and sweeping floors.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure work environment.
- Operate hand and power tools under supervision.
- Help with basic measurements and measurements as directed by supervisors.
- Transport materials to and from the work area efficiently.
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience required; a strong willingness to learn is essential.
- Ability to work flexible night shifts (typically 4:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation are preferred.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
- Basic math skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
