Responsibilities
- Perform general labor tasks including loading, unloading, and carrying construction materials.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with various on-site duties and site preparation.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by removing debris and obstacles.
- Operate basic hand and power tools under supervision as trained.
- Follow all safety protocols and company guidelines to ensure a secure worksite.
- Communicate effectively with team members and site supervisors.
- Perform physical tasks such as digging, lifting, and standing for extended periods.
Qualifications
- Willingness to work night shifts and weekends as required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long durations.
- Reliable transportation to and from the job site.
- Basic understanding of safety procedures is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
- Eligibility to work in the United States.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (but not required for entry-level roles).
