Responsibilities
- Perform general labor duties including digging, hauling, and cleaning construction sites.
- Load and unload materials, tools, and equipment from delivery trucks.
- Assist skilled tradespeople with specific tasks such as concrete pouring, framing, or painting.
- Operate basic construction machinery and power tools under supervision.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with OSHA safety standards.
- Read and interpret basic blueprints and project plans when necessary.
Qualifications
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Physically fit and capable of lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly.
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Basic knowledge of construction safety protocols (OSHA 10 certification is a plus).
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
