Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites efficiently and safely.
- Site Assistance: Assist skilled tradespeople with various tasks, including digging, tamping, and leveling surfaces.
- Machinery Operation: Operate heavy machinery and power tools under direct supervision of the site foreman.
- Site Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to all OSHA safety protocols.
- Demolition & Cleanup: Perform light demolition work and general site cleanup after daily operations.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors regarding project needs and safety concerns.
Qualifications
- Eligibility: Must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to work in the USA.
- Schedule: Must be available to work night shifts (typically 5:00 PM – 3:00 AM).
- Physical Requirements: Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Transportation: Valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation required.
- Experience: Previous construction or general labor experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attitude: A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn are essential.
