Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation, excavation, and material handling under supervisor guidance
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) with precision and safety compliance
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, rebar installation, and framing tasks
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform equipment maintenance and basic troubleshooting on tools/machinery
- Collaborate with night shift supervisors to meet project deadlines efficiently
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10/30 certification preferred (training provided if needed)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Must pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Flexible availability for extended night shifts (6 PM - 4 AM)
