As an Entry Level Electrician at Apex Electric Solutions, you will work alongside our senior technicians on a variety of residential and commercial projects. We prioritize safety and quality workmanship above all else.
Responsibilities
- Assist senior electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Perform routine inspections and testing of electrical equipment to ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to understand project requirements.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, including proper tool storage and site cleanup.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety regulations and company policies at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members regarding project progress and potential issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required; technical trade school certification is a plus but not mandatory.
- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, climb ladders, and work in various weather conditions.
- Basic math skills for measurements and calculations.
- Strong desire to learn and a commitment to safety.
- Ability to obtain necessary Texas Electrical Journeyman license upon completion of apprenticeship.
