Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems in residential/commercial buildings
- Diagnose leaks, clogs, and system malfunctions using advanced diagnostic tools
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications
- Ensure compliance with California plumbing codes and safety regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service and clear communication
- Coordinate with contractors and project managers on complex installations
Qualifications
- Valid California plumbing license (journeyman level)
- Minimum 3 years of commercial/residential plumbing experience
- Strong knowledge of water systems, drainage, and pipefitting
- OSHA 10 certification preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Proficiency in trenchless pipe repair technologies
