Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, and organize construction materials, tools, and equipment safely on the job site.
- Site Preparation: Assist in preparing job sites by clearing debris, digging trenches, and ensuring a safe work area.
- Equipment Support: Operate basic construction equipment and tools under supervision, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and power tools.
- Assembly: Help assemble and disassemble temporary structures, scaffolding, and formwork as required.
- Cleaning: Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations and cleanliness standards.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with site supervisors and team members to ensure project coordination.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to perform physical labor for long periods, including standing, walking, lifting, and bending.
- Reliability: Punctual and consistent attendance record; ability to work night shifts (6:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Experience: Previous experience in construction, landscaping, or general labor is a plus but not required.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to follow instructions precisely and adhere to safety protocols.
- Tools: Willingness to use hand and power tools.
- Transportation: Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to the job site.
