Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, demolition, and material handling tasks per blueprints
- Operate heavy machinery including excavators, forklifts, and concrete pumps
- Install formwork, rebar, and scaffolding structures
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Assist skilled trades with concrete pouring, welding, and finishing
- Perform equipment inspections and preventative maintenance
- Participate in pre-shift safety briefings and toolbox meetings
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years construction labor experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification preferred
- Valid Oregon driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic blueprint reading and math skills required
- Experience with power tools and heavy machinery operation
- Must pass background check and drug screening
- Availability for 10-12 hour night shifts (5:00 PM - 5:00 AM)
