Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during night shifts
- Operate hand/power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers) safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades with concrete work, framing, and finishing operations
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and execute verbal instructions from site supervisors
- Load/unload construction materials and equipment at job sites
- Participate in emergency response procedures during off-hours operations
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Flexibility to work 6 PM - 6 AM shifts with rotating weekends
- Basic math skills for material measurements and inventory tracking
- Reliable transportation to job sites across San Antonio metro area
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Experience operating skid-steers or forklifts preferred
