Responsibilities
- Execute manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and site preparation
- Operate power tools and heavy machinery under certified supervision
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety standards and project specifications
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, masons, electricians) with material staging and cleanup
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports
- Collaborate with crew leads to maintain project timelines and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience or trade school certification
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic proficiency with power tools (saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Availability for consistent weekend shifts (6:00 AM - 4:00 PM)
