Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradesmen with framing, concrete work, and demolition
- Maintain clean, organized job sites following OSHA guidelines
- Perform quality checks and report project progress to supervisors
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on complex construction projects
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction/labor experience required
- Valid OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in extreme weather conditions
- Experience operating forklifts, jackhammers, and similar equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety standards
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Washington State Driver's License preferred
- Willingness to work flexible night shift schedules (6 PM - 6 AM)
