Responsibilities
- Perform heavy physical labor including excavation, demolition, and material handling
- Operate hand/power tools and heavy machinery safely
- Read and interpret blueprints and project specifications
- Maintain clean and organized job sites per OSHA standards
- Assist skilled tradesmen with complex construction tasks
- Work collaboratively in diverse weather conditions
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and quality control measures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction/labor experience required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification preferred
- Strong work ethic and punctuality
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Availability for 10-hour night shifts (6PM-6AM)
- Pre-employment drug screening required
