Responsibilities
- Assist skilled tradespeople with material handling, site preparation, and cleanup
- Operate basic hand/power tools under supervision (e.g., saws, drills, jackhammers)
- Load/un construction materials and equipment safely
- Maintain organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Perform physical tasks including digging, lifting, and carrying up to 50 lbs
- Support concrete pouring, framing, and finishing operations as needed
Qualifications
- No prior construction experience necessary
- Must be physically capable of standing/walking 8+ hours and lifting heavy loads
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Reliable transportation to job sites
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Basic math skills for measurements and material counts
- Willingness to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
