Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and material handling
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers, forklifts) with precision and safety protocols
- Assist skilled tradesmen with concrete pouring, framing, and finishing work
- Maintain job site cleanliness, waste removal, and safety compliance
- Conduct equipment pre/post-shift inspections and report maintenance needs
- Adhere to OSHA standards and project-specific safety guidelines
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet tight deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of construction labor experience
- Valid O-10 card and/or relevant safety certifications
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Class B CDL preferred (equipment operation focus)
- Night shift availability required (6 PM - 6 AM schedule)
- Proficiency with power tools and hand equipment
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
