Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and site preparation tasks during overnight shifts
- Operate hand/power tools and equipment safely under low-visibility conditions
- Assist skilled tradespeople with concrete work, framing, and site cleanup
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Maintain organized job sites and inventory of construction materials
- Complete shift reports and communicate progress to site supervisors
- Collaborate with night shift team members to meet project deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and work in physically demanding conditions
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- OSHA 10-hour certification or willingness to obtain
- Flexibility to work 10-12 hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material calculations
- Strong work ethic and punctuality for overnight assignments
