Responsibilities
- Assist with material handling, loading/unloading, and site cleanup
- Operate hand/power tools safely (hammers, saws, drills)
- Perform excavation, grading, and basic concrete work
- Maintain job site organization and safety protocols
- Collaborate with crew members to meet project deadlines
- Report equipment issues and safety hazards to supervisors
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards
Qualifications
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Basic tool knowledge (preferred but trainable)
