Responsibilities
- Execute site preparation tasks including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently under supervision
- Assist skilled tradespersons with material handling and equipment setup
- Maintain strict adherence to OSHA safety protocols and site regulations
- Perform general cleanup and waste management to ensure site compliance
- Read and interpret basic construction blueprints and instructions
- Contribute to project timelines through collaborative team efforts
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly throughout shift
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
- Willingness to work overnight hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and materials
- Strong physical stamina and weather tolerance
- Reliable transportation to job sites
