Responsibilities
- Perform heavy lifting, material handling, and excavation support during night shifts (6 PM - 6 AM)
- Operate hand/power tools and construction machinery safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled tradespeople with framing, concrete work, and site preparation
- Maintain clean, organized job sites and adhere to OSHA safety protocols
- Read blueprints and follow supervisor instructions for project execution
- Work collaboratively in diverse teams to meet tight construction deadlines
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physically demanding tasks
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- OSHA 10-hour certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation to Baltimore job sites
- Flexibility to work rotating night shifts and weekends
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
