Responsibilities
- Execute heavy lifting, material handling, and equipment operation (forklifts, jackhammers)
- Prepare construction sites by clearing debris, setting up barricades, and marking hazards
- Mix concrete, pour foundations, and install structural components under supervision
- Operate power tools safely and maintain organized job site cleanliness
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and emergency procedures
- Assist skilled tradesmen with specialized tasks as project demands
- Complete daily equipment checks and report maintenance needs
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience preferred
- Valid OSHA 10-hour construction certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites across Fort Worth metro area
- Clear background check and drug-free workplace compliance
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Strong teamwork ethic and ability to follow verbal instructions
- Must be available for rotating weekend shifts during project peaks
