Responsibilities
- Perform site preparation including excavation, grading, and debris removal
- Operate heavy machinery (excavators, bulldozers) with proper certification
- Assist skilled tradesmen in framing, concrete pouring, and material handling
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean work sites
- Complete daily equipment inspections and maintenance reports

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction labor experience
- Valid OSHA 10-Hour certification required
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly
- Class B CDL license preferred (training provided)
