Responsibilities
- Execute excavation, grading, and concrete pouring operations under supervision
- Operate heavy machinery including forklifts, skid steers, and trenchers
- Install and remove construction site safety barriers and signage
- Assist carpenters and masons with material handling and prep work
- Maintain clean and organized job sites throughout shift
- Perform daily equipment pre-use inspections and minor maintenance
- Adhere strictly to OSHA safety protocols and site-specific procedures
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year construction or labor experience preferred
- Valid O-10 construction certification or ability to obtain within 30 days
- Ability to lift 75+ pounds repeatedly and work in extreme weather conditions
- Basic math skills for material measurement and inventory
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Pass pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Availability for 6 PM - 2 AM shifts Monday-Friday
