Responsibilities
- Perform manual labor tasks including excavation, material handling, and debris removal
- Operate hand/power tools safely and efficiently
- Follow construction plans and supervisor instructions precisely
- Maintain a clean and organized job site

- Assist skilled tradespersons as needed during night shift operations
- Complete daily equipment checks and maintenance logs
Qualifications
- Must be available for night shift (6 PM - 2 AM)
- Physical ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in outdoor conditions
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Oakland area
- Valid government-issued ID (required for onboarding)
- Willingness to undergo background check and drug screening
- Basic math skills for material measurements
- Team-oriented attitude with strong work ethic
